It comprises 127 apartments, the first major speculative Grade A office space in York City Centre for over 20 years, set around a landscaped courtyard and a new route through from York Railway Station into the City Centre.
Our role had been wide ranging and has encompassed all elements of this exciting development as it has been delivered. We launched the new vision for the site and implemented a consultation and stakeholder engagement strategy that saw the planning application being unanimously approved. Following this, we have managed all PR and communications for the construction of Hudson Quarter, including various high-profile events at key landmarks in the construction journey. We continue to provide strategic communications advice to support the sales of the apartments and letting of the office space.
