ALDERLEY PARK

The first phase of development, consented in 2016 was to convert the site from a single occupier site to a multi-occupier site, incorporating some ‘high-value’ uses, including residential, to pump prime the investment in the life sciences element of the site. The team led on the pre-application consultation and stakeholder relations programme and successfully gained support for the project from key local, regional and national stakeholders. The project won the Regeneration Award at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2016.

Royal Pilgrim continues to support Bruntwood to achieve its aspirations and are currently leading on pre-application consultation for two new R&D buildings and retirement living complex at the site.
