Amazon Prime Air

Situation: Amazon Prime Air is the UK’s first drone delivery service by Amazon, located in Darlington.

Task: Advising on an extensive programme of consultation and engagement with all key stakeholders, locally, regionally and nationally.

Action: Managing a complex consultation and engagement programme, with a number of different elements and event management required. Providing ongoing community engagement as the project progresses.

Result: Planning approval was granted in 2025 and test flights are now taking place, with a full launch later in 2026.
